Jason W. Siefferman, MD is the Medical Director of Manhattan Pain Medicine and triple-board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Headache Medicine. He leads a diagnosis-first, discovery-led program that looks deeper for root causes and builds coordinated, stepwise plans to restore function and confidence.

Treatment plans may include image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral and spinal cord stimulation, targeted medications, and movement-based rehabilitation, with careful tracking of outcomes.
Dr. Siefferman earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College, completed internship at Rush University Medical Center, followed by a research fellowship and PM&R residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and an Interventional Pain Management fellowship at Mount Sinai. He has published peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and has presented nationally on complex spine and nerve disorders and advanced interventional therapies.
