Dr. Wolkin holds a PhD in clinical-health psychology. She focuses on how biological, psychological, and social factors interact with and affect overall wellness. Her work includes exploring the relationship that stress, health beliefs, coping styles, and other psychosocial factors play into functioning.

Dr. Wolkin also did a neuropsychology fellowship. She is trained to assess cognitive strengths and weaknesses and how they possibly interplay with emotional and physical functioning, and potentially impact relationships.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA), International Neuropsychological Society (INS), Society of Behavioral Medicine (SBM), Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB).
