The team at Manhattan Pain Medicine have been amazing! From the friendly operations and medical bill staff to the nurses and doctors. In the past, I have had horrible experiences with Rheumatology and pain management BUT my quality of life has really transformed under the care of Dr. Nino, Dr. Seifferman, Adam and Dr. Mika. Having the wrap around services of rheum, pain management, and nutrition in one practice as a person with autoimmune inflammatory arthritis, EDS, and complex endometriosis, it is life changing. The staff truly works as a team and the nursing staff are amazing, caring and competent. I've never been rushed and have had grace with navigating costs. I highly recommend and have referred friends and family. Lastly, they have a great network of physical and pelvic therapist to refer folks to who share the same work ethic.

I had a consultation with Dr Kane for a variety of areas of pain. I think he is an extremely gifted physician and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with pain relief.

Dr. Siefferman, Dr. Nino, Dr. Barbiere and Adam have changed my life completely. They are helping me manage multiple chronic conditions. They are easily accessible through email and they still every time take the time out to make sure I get what I need in the office. I usually spend up to 1hr-2. I can’t recommend this office enough. It’s wonderful to have a team who really listens to you and understand you and not just gaslight you. Everyone’s bedside manner is amazing. I love coming here not just because I’ll be out of pain but also because the staff are so patient, caring, and fun to be around.

It has been about three years since I came to Dr. Nino’s office. I had many joint pains plus some psoriasis breakout. Dr. Nino with lots of patience and guidance, after a few medication changes., finally I am pain free and my skin has been doing great. Everything is under control. I’m very thankful to her. dr. nino was referred to me by my ortho dr after i was suspicious of having ehlers danlos or joint hypermobility syndrome. from what ive heard about rheumatologists, they often dont believe you for these types of connective tissue disorders. well that was not the case. she spent an hour with me going through every single symptom ive ever had dating back to childhood and agreed with me and got me set up with the right path. im forever grateful that i found a rheum who beleived me and is willing to work with me to hel with my pain

Just started going here but so far it's been a great and refreshing experience. Truly caring doctors that want to see you get better and spend a lot of time with you to make sure you're on the same page.

Dr. Siefferman and his crew are absolutely amazing! I was in pain for 15+ years and within three months was in none! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

What stands out for us at this practice is the fact that each and every person at the office performs at the highest level of professionalism we could expect. From the efficiency and kindness of the front desk and the nurses to the meticulous handling of insurance matters to the outstanding attention and care provided by Dr. Nino, Dr. Siefferman and Dr. Barbiere, we couldn't be happier with the care they provide. I cannot reiterate how welcomed I felt 1st and foremost. Janelle and Omar persevered beyond excellence in regards to patient services. I have been living with Sjogrens Syndrome since 2009 and the fear of it escalating to Lupus, due to my current outbreaks and stressors, they initially were a calmness upon my entrance. The staff are accommadating and patient. Dr. Nino Mikaberidze was a bonus to say the least. She is thorough with evaluations and recommendations. She listens. That is very important to me. If I had the opportunity to rate it higher, I would do so. Best Rheumotogist I've been to by far.
